  • Oolong tea (Wu Long Cha, 烏龍茶) is a traditional Chinese tea that lies between green and black tea in oxidation. It is partially oxidized and often lightly roasted, offering both the freshness of green tea and the rich aroma of black tea. Oolong is known for its layered fragrance, smooth texture, and lingering sweetness.

  • Alishan (阿里山) refers to the famous mountain region in southern Taiwan, known for its rolling tea gardens, sea of clouds, and pure air. Tea grown here develops a naturally floral and creamy aroma, a defining trait of Alishan’s terroir. The tea reflects the region’s beauty — gentle, aromatic, and gracefully sweet, like the morning mist that drifts through its mountain slopes.

Its texture is smooth and sweet, with rich orchid fragrance, subtle milky undertones, and a touch of fruity acidity that gives it a refreshing finish — making it one of the most approachable and beloved high-mountain oolongs.
