  • Oolong tea (Wu Long Cha, 烏龍茶) is a semi-oxidized tea that combines the freshness of green tea with the depth of black tea. It is known for its layered aroma, smooth texture, and complex sweetness that unfolds through multiple infusions.

  • Jinxuan (金萱) is the name of the tea cultivar developed in Taiwan in the 1980s. It is prized for its natural milky aroma and soft, creamy texture, without any added flavoring. When grown in Alishan’s cool mountain climate, the Jinxuan variety produces tea with enhanced sweetness, floral fragrance, and a gentle buttery note.

  • This tea is lightly oxidized and sometimes lightly roasted to deepen its natural milky character. The result is a smooth, soothing cup with balanced sweetness and elegant aroma — perfect for tea drinkers who enjoy soft, fragrant, and comforting flavors.

  • Pale golden liquor; smooth, creamy body; notes of milk, sweet corn, and floral fruit; clean, lightly sweet finish.
