  • Oolong tea (Wu Long Cha, 烏龍茶) is a traditional Chinese tea that lies between green and black tea in oxidation. It combines the freshness of green tea with the depth and aroma of black tea. Partially oxidized and often lightly roasted, oolong is prized for its complex flavor, floral fragrance, and ability to be brewed many times.

  • Li Shan means “Pear Mountain” in Mandarin and refers to a mountain region in central Taiwan’s Taichung area. The tea is named after its origin — the Li Shan highlands, where tea gardens are planted at altitudes exceeding 2,000 meters. The combination of misty forests, rich soil, and cool climate gives Li Shan Oolong its hallmark mountain aroma (山頭氣) and refined, lasting sweetness. Its name has become synonymous with Taiwan’s highest-quality high-mountain oolongs.

  • The high altitude, cool air, and rich soil create slow-growing, tender leaves rich in aromatic compounds. The result is a tea with deep floral aroma, creamy texture, and long-lasting sweetness — elegant, balanced, and unmistakably high-mountain in character.

  • Clear golden liquor; smooth and refreshing body; floral notes with hints of orchid, apple, and white peach; long, honeyed finish.
