Water Temperature:
90–95 °C
Brewing Instructions:
Tea-to-water ratio: 4 g per 120 ml (1:30).
First infusion: ~50 seconds (pour out once the leaves begin to open).
Subsequent infusions: Adjust steeping time according to preferred strength (+10–15 seconds each round).
Shan Lin Xi Oolong can be brewed 6–7 times, releasing elegant floral fragrance and gentle woody sweetness.
