Welcome to the new Teetao website! Please continue shopping at teetao.fi. As we have moved to a new website platform, here are a few things you need to know:

1. Please create a new account

We have changed our website provider, and teetao.fi now runs on a new platform. You can continue shopping at the same familiar address, but if you had an account on our previous website, you will need to register again.

Your previous account cannot be used to log in to the new platform, and your past orders and account records will not appear in your new account.

2. How can you access your previous records?

Our previous website, where you originally shopped and registered your account, has temporarily moved to shop.teetao.fi. You can log in there with your previous account to view and save your past orders and account records.

This site will remain available until 31 December 2026, after which it will close permanently. It is for viewing previous records only. Please use teetao.fi for all future purchases.

We are also sending customers their previous records by email in batches. Even after the old site closes, you can contact us at any time to request your records.

3. About loyalty points

Our new website now offers a loyalty points programme. From now on, purchases at teetao.fi earn points, which can be used towards payment for future online orders.

Points can only be used at teetao.fi and cannot be used to pay for any offline purchases.

4. Previously purchased digital gift cards

The website change does not affect the use of any digital gift cards you previously purchased. You can continue to use them as usual.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to continuing to share wonderful tea with you on our new website.
