Shipping policy

Delivery to Finland and Estonia

We ship to Finland and Estonia. Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days; busy periods and holidays may affect preparation. Available delivery methods, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. Tracking information is sent when available.

Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact info@teetao.fi promptly if it needs correcting. We remain responsible for delivery using carriers we offer until you or your designated recipient receive the goods. Statutory rights concerning delay, non-delivery and damage remain unaffected.

If a parcel is damaged or an item is missing or incorrect, contact info@teetao.fi as soon as reasonably possible. Photos can help us investigate, but a 48-hour deadline does not remove statutory rights.

Withdrawal, returns, refunds and the refund of standard outward delivery charges are explained in our Refund Policy. Tea and consumables are not excluded from withdrawal solely because they have been shipped.

Delivery charges

Finland: standard delivery €6.90. Free Posti shipping is available for orders of €70 or more. Estonia: Standard shipping €12.90 for orders with a total shipping weight of up to 20 kg. The delivery options and final charges available for your order are shown at checkout.
