Da Hong Pao is one of the most famous Wuyi rock oolongs from Fujian, China. A heavily oxidized and traditionally roasted tea, it is celebrated for its rich aroma, layered complexity, and the distinctive “Yan Yun” — the mineral-rich rock character unique to Wuyi mountain teas.
