What is Ming Mee?
The name Ming Mee (茗眉) reflects both quality and appearance: “Ming” is an ancient word for fine, tender tea leaves, and “Mee” means eyebrow, referring to the slender, curved shape of the dried leaves.
Recommended Gongfu Brewing Method
Use a gaiwan or glass teapot. Water: 70–80 °C. Use 1 g tea per 50 ml water. Steep the first infusion for 50 seconds, then add 5–10 seconds for each following infusion. Enjoy at least 5 infusions.
