Moonlight White

Moonlight White is a unique white tea from Yunnan, China, also known as Yue Guang Bai (月光白). It is made from one bud and one or two leaves, plucked in the evening and carefully withered indoors. The leaves show a striking contrast—silvery-white buds on one side and dark, shadowed leaves on the other—resembling moonlight shining over the night. When brewed, Moonlight White yields a golden-amber liquor with a smooth, sweet body and notes of honey, stone fruit, and gentle florals.
