Phoenix Dancong is a celebrated style of oolong tea from the Phoenix Mountains (Feng Huang Shan) in Guangdong, China. Grown at high elevations and crafted from single-trunk (dancong) tea trees, these teas are known for intensely aromatic profiles, each variety named after its dominant fragrance — such as Honey Orchid (Mi Lan Xiang), Duck Shit (Ya Shi Xiang), and Gardenia (Zhi Lan Xiang).
