Shemen Dancong

Shemen Dancong is a distinctive Phoenix Dancong harvested during the winter season, when cooler conditions encourage a particularly aromatic and refined expression of the tea. Compared with the fuller character of spring harvests, winter-picked Dancong is prized for its lifted fragrance, clarity, and delicate sweetness.

Delicate floral notes rise from the cup alongside a gentle fruity sweetness, while the texture remains clean and refreshing. The fragrance continues through repeated infusions, finishing with a clear, lingering sweetness.
