Sunon Yellow Tea is a refined yellow tea from Fujian, China, crafted with tender buds and young leaves using the traditional menhuang (闷黄) “yellowing” process. This slow, gentle oxidation transforms the leaves into a soft golden hue and creates a mellow, sweet flavor. The name Sunon (圣农) pays tribute to Shennong, the “Divine Farmer” believed to have discovered tea in ancient China.
