Tianxiang Yuncui(2025 Spring Harvest)
Tianxiang Yuncui(2025 Spring Harvest)
Tianxiang Yuncui, meaning Heavenly Fragrance and Cloudy Emerald, is a distinguished green tea from Jiangxi Province. Grown in misty mountain regions, its name reflects both the tea’s elegant aroma and the jade-green colour of its tender leaves.
The finished leaves are fine, slender and vibrant green. When brewed, they release a bright, clear liquor with a delicate floral fragrance.
*All ingredients of this tea are 100% organically grown.
The Tea Story
Why this tea: Tianxiang (天香) means “heavenly fragrance”; Yuncui (雲翠) describes the vibrant, cloud-green leaves grown in mist-covered mountains.
What makes it special: Carefully handpicked and processed in Jiangxi’s mountain terroir, it balances floral fragrance, bright liquor and a smooth sweetness.
Taste profile: Fresh, smooth and brisk, with natural sweetness, delicate floral aroma and a long, clean aftertaste.
Recommended Gongfu Brewing Method
Recommended teaware: Use a gaiwan or glass teapot. Yixing clay is not recommended, as it may soften the tea’s fresh floral notes.
Water temperature: 70–80 °C.
Brewing: Use 1 g per 50 ml water (about 3 g for a 150 ml gaiwan). Steep the first infusion for about 1 minute at 75–80 °C, then add 5–10 seconds per round. Brew at least 5 times.
