Xing Ren Xiang Dancong

Xing Ren Xiang, also known as Ju Duo Zai (鋸朵仔), is one of the classic aroma types of Phoenix Dancong, celebrated for its distinctive natural aroma reminiscent of dried almonds. The name “Ju Duo Zai,” meaning “Little Saw,” comes from its unusually small leaves with deep, sharp serrated edges resembling the teeth of a saw. With exceptionally fine and tender shoots, it is a prized Dancong that requires great care and skill in harvesting and processing.
