Recommended Gongfu Brewing Method
Teaware: Gaiwan or glass teapot; avoid Yixing clay to preserve the floral aroma.
Water: 70–80 °C.
Brewing: 1 g per 50 ml; first infusion about 50 seconds at 75–80 °C, then add 5–10 seconds each round. Brew 4–5 times.
